Unable to connect LaunchDarkly account to Microsoft Teams

Symptoms

Receiving no response after entering a code into Microsoft Teams in a chat window with LaunchDarkly.

Solution

1. Authenticate again with the bot by typing @launchdarkly account into the chatbot.

2. Click the Sign in to LaunchDarkly button to authenticate and receive an auth token.

3. To complete the authentication process, you will need to either:

   1. Open a 1:1 chat conversation with the bot and type in the authentication code: @launchdarkly <enter authentication code> (for example @launchdarkly 026193) from a public channel to complete the authentication process.
