Affected: Single sign-on
If you cannot access your LaunchDarkly account due to issues with your SSO provider or configuration, LaunchDarkly Support can assist with enabling password authentication.
Note: Only an administrator or owner can approve turning off SAML SSO for an account.
Contact LaunchDarkly Support, state the issue you are experiencing with accessing your account, and that you wish to have SAML SSO turned off.
Support confirms that SAML SSO is disabled for your account.
If you have used LaunchDarkly with a password before:
- Log in to LaunchDarkly using the email and password you previously used before SAML SSO was enabled.
If you have not used LaunchDarkly with a password before, or you have forgotten your password:
Go to the Reset password page.
Enter your email, and click Reset my password.
Wait for the email to arrive in your inbox, and follow the instructions. Check the spam folder if you haven't received the email within 15 minutes.
Once reset, sign in to your LaunchDarkly account.
