Overview
This article explains how to invite members when the Invite Members button is disabled in LaunchDarkly.
Solution
The Invite Members button is disabled when Single Sign-On (SSO) or System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) is enabled. To provision new account members:

Ensure the new account member has been provisioned for access to LaunchDarkly in the configured Identity Provider (IdP).

Ask the new members to log in for the first time through their Identity Provider (IdP). This step creates their LaunchDarkly account.
